Why we exist

Media buying breaks normal corporate cards.

One client shouldn't touch another client's budget.

Run every client, campaign and buyer against isolated budgets — without opening another banking relationship.

A new campaign shouldn't wait for another card.

Batch-issue cards and bind them to campaigns through the dashboard or API.

Finance shouldn't reconstruct ad spend at month-end.

Structure the money by client and campaign before it is spent — not after.

That's why we built NAS Media.

Built for media buying

Financial infrastructure that mirrors your ad operation.

Level 1
Agency balance
One master balance, funded by bank wire or instant settlement methods
Level 2
Client budgets
Isolated money per client, team or project
Level 3
Campaign / card
A card per ad account or campaign, batch-issued
Level 4
Spending limit
Per transaction, day, week, month, quarter, year or lifetime

Your operation isn't one budget — it's clients, campaigns, buyers and platforms, each with its own money. NAS Media maps money the way you map campaigns. Change any level without touching the others.

  • Budget cards can share a central budget while keeping card-level controls
  • Client spend stays isolated by budget
  • Finance sees the same structure the buyers run
  • Month-end reconciliation matches the ledger you already built
The operating system

Issue. Control. See everything.

When a payment fails, you see it.
When a card needs replacing, you replace it.
When a campaign scales, funding and controls scale with it.

Issue at scale

Create cards in batches through the dashboard or API. New ad account, new card — bound to its budget in minutes.

Card-level control, from one transaction to lifetime

Velocity limits per transaction, day, week, month, quarter, year — or lifetime. Freeze, unfreeze or close any card without touching the rest of the fleet.

Real-time visibility on every card

Every authorization, failure, clearing and settlement event, live — in the dashboard and over webhooks, straight into reconciliation.

%

Multiple issuing options. One decision layer.

BIN characteristics and transaction history can affect payment acceptance. NAS Media monitors performance across available issuing options and helps you select the right setup per platform, currency and geography.

Funding at campaign speed

Top up by bank wire or instant settlement methods that credit in minutes — then allocate to budgets and cards immediately.

Teams, roles, isolation

Owner, team lead, buyer. Isolated budgets per client or project, so no buyer ever sees another client's numbers.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do the cards work on Meta, Google and TikTok?
NAS Media provides virtual Visa and Mastercard cards for business spend across major advertising platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok. Acceptance depends on the relevant network, issuing configuration and platform.
Do my media buyers each need to complete onboarding?
Your company completes one business onboarding. Cards are then issued and managed under your approved corporate programme without repeating a full onboarding for every card.
How fast is funding?
Instant settlement methods typically credit within minutes and can be routed to budgets and cards immediately. Bank wires follow standard banking rails.
How many cards can we issue?
Cards are created in batches through the dashboard or API, and most teams run a card per ad account or campaign. Programme volumes are configured at onboarding based on your needs.
What happens when a transaction fails?
You see the event and its reason live — in the dashboard and over webhooks — and you can replace the card in seconds, limits and binding included.
Can each client have separate money?
Yes. Budgets are isolated per client, team or project; cards draw only from their own budget, and exports come out client-by-client.
Which businesses do you accept?
Registered companies that pass business onboarding and operate in permitted industries. We decline prohibited and sanctioned activity — disciplined programmes keep issuing options healthy for everyone.
Do cards support multiple currencies?
Yes — billing across major currencies to cut FX drag on USD and EUR ad accounts.
Is there an API?
Yes. Use the API to issue and manage cards, set limits, freeze cards, and receive transaction events via webhook.
Who is behind NAS Media?
NAS Media is the media-buying vertical of NAS.cards, operating on regulated card infrastructure provided by our issuing partner.
